Who processes your data?
Andrei Chirtes, a sole trader and publisher of 2Cafés, is the data controller. His contact details appear in the legal notice. For any question or request concerning your data: contact@2cafes.fr.
Your contact enquiry
The form sends your name, email address and message to the 2Cafés server so we can reply. Your website address and selected needs are optional. The page where your enquiry originated and your chosen need accompany the message to help us understand your situation. Do not send passwords or sensitive data through this form.
The server checks the enquiry, then forwards it to 2Cafés by email. Processing is used to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a service at your request. Project-related exchanges are based on requested pre-contractual steps; processing other questions and protecting the form are based on our legitimate interest in responding and preventing abuse. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
If a problem occurs, a link opens your email application with the prepared text. You then need to send that email yourself. A form confirmation means the server accepted the sending request; it does not guarantee final delivery to an inbox.
Form protection and recipients
The form uses a technical session cookie, temporary token and Cloudflare Turnstile to limit spam. Turnstile loads when you start using the form and processes technical connection and browser information, among other data. It is separate from optional audience measurement. See Cloudflare's privacy information, including information on processing and international transfers.
Your enquiries are accessible to the people responsible for responding at 2Cafés. Hosting, email and antispam providers process data to provide these services. The server keeps technical and enquiry-tracking logs: date, sending result, enquiry ID, context and technical hashes of the email and IP addresses. These hashes remain data that must be protected.
Audience measurement: your choice
Matomo, served from stats.2cafes.fr, measures viewed pages and contact steps only after your consent: clicks to the diagnostic, the form, the phone number or the email address of 2Cafés, starting to type and the technical sending result. Clicking the phone number or email address does not prove that a call took place or a message was sent. The contact details in the link and any text prepared for your email application are not sent to Matomo. The script sends neither your name, email nor message text to Matomo. Page addresses sent contain no query parameters or fragments. The domain of the website that brought you here (for example google.com) is also sent, without the full referring page address. This version uses no Matomo measurement cookies.
You can accept or refuse measurement, then change your choice or withdraw consent using the footer's 'Privacy preferences' button. Closing the window without accepting leaves measurement disabled. Refusal does not prevent browsing or form submission. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not automatically erase statistics already received.
After acceptance, the first page visited, referring domain and campaign codes in the address may be kept during the session and attached to your enquiry. The contact button's functional context remains available without accepting measurement. Website fonts are hosted locally.
Retention
Your measurement choice expires after six months in this browser. Navigation context kept for contact and, after consent, campaign codes remain in the tab's session storage; the context of your need is cleared after a confirmed submission. The form's technical cookie is a session cookie, and form tokens expire after two hours.
For email exchanges, retention depends on handling your enquiry, any resulting contractual relationship and applicable evidential obligations. Closing the enquiry or relationship triggers a review of their usefulness. For technical logs, the criterion is the period needed to investigate an incident or abuse and verify an enquiry's handling. For backups, it is the service restoration window; they are not used to restart marketing. For statistics, it is the comparison period useful for monitoring the website. The need to retain identifying data must be reviewed when these purposes end. You can ask what data about you is retained and request its deletion.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and legal basis, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, exercise your right to object or request portability. You may withdraw measurement consent at any time without affecting previous processing. Send your request to contact@2cafes.fr.
