01 · People make the decisions
We review an AI tool's output before including it in a deliverable. Andrei and Anthony remain responsible for their technical, design and editorial decisions. A generated answer alone is not enough to validate code, configuration, a mockup or text.
02 · Data reviewed before use
Project information is not interchangeable. Before using an AI tool with real data, we need to examine what would be sent, access, retention and the service terms. Passwords, access keys and data subject to confidentiality obligations require particular care.
Model training settings vary by provider, plan and account. They must be checked for the chosen tool. Hosting a website in France does not mean every AI service used for the project processes its data in France.
03 · Content specific to your business
The starting point remains your work, our conversations and your visitors' needs. AI can help prepare alternatives or check readability and accessibility. A person must review, adapt and take responsibility for the final text.
04 · Your constraints are considered
You can ask which AI tools are being considered for your project. If your contract, professional rules or preferences exclude certain uses, say so at the scoping stage. Together, we will define the feasible scope and any implications for the planned work.
05 · Useful, measured use
We prioritise uses that address a practical need: saving time on a repetitive task, testing a solution or making a tool more useful. Automation must remain understandable, controllable and proportionate to the service it provides.
