Case study · Website creation

Designing a law firm website with several offices.

We created the WordPress website for LexCase Avocats, a business law firm in Paris, Lyon, Marseille and Bordeaux. Practice areas, teams, offices and news each have their own sections.

The starting point

The project context.

A law firm operating in several cities needs to provide quick access to extensive information without losing visitors: firm identity, practice areas, sectors, team, offices, news and contact. The validated July 2026 inventory counted over 600 public content items: news, rankings and press releases complement the firm’s introduction.

The challenges

What needed to be addressed.

  1. 01

    Structuring a broad legal offering

Present a firm covering many areas of business law, in advisory and litigation work, without turning navigation into an unreadable list.

  2. 02

    Making practice areas accessible

Let visitors browse by practice area, sector, team or content according to their needs and familiarity with the firm.

  3. 03

Keeping the website active over time

Provide a foundation for news, rankings, press releases, recruitment and content about the firm’s activities.

What we did

The work, step by step.

  • Created LexCase Avocats’ WordPress website with a dedicated firm theme.

  • Organised journeys between the firm, practice areas, team, news, International Desk, Fondation Lexcase, LexFormation and contact.

  • Structured entry points by practice area, sector, office, team profile and news content.

  • Set up an editorial foundation for articles, rankings, press releases and content about the firm’s activities.

Under the hood

The technical choices.

  • Structured WordPress for a law firm

The dedicated theme organises the firm’s practice areas, sectors, team profiles and offices.

  • Editable content

WordPress allows news, rankings, press releases and recruitment to be published in identifiable sections.

  • Specific adjustments

Links connect practice area pages, sectors, profiles, offices and contact.

For visitors

What you find when you arrive.

  1. 01

    Clear positioning

The homepage presents LexCase as a partner in its clients’ projects, with the signature #avocatsentrepreneurs.

  2. 02

    Structured practice areas

The website organises services by practice area and sector, helping visitors quickly identify relevant expertise.

  3. 03

    Identifiable offices

The firm’s offices in Paris, Lyon, Marseille and Bordeaux are presented with access to team and contact information.

Who visits, and why

  • Businesses and legal departments

Identify relevant expertise in business law, public law, tax, employment, litigation, intellectual property or technology.

  • Visitors with a sector-specific matter

Browse by industry when looking for construction, energy, healthcare, media, telecoms or other specific markets.

  • Candidates, partners and readers

Access news, recruitment, firm activities, LexFormation and content showing the firm’s work beyond practice area pages.

What the project delivers

The project’s tangible features.

The items below describe the functions and documented work for this project. They are not measurements of traffic, enquiries or revenue.

  1. 01

    A clearer firm presentation

The website establishes the #avocatsentrepreneurs positioning and presents a complete legal offering in a clear institutional framework.

  2. 02

    More direct journeys

Visitors can browse by practice area, sector, team or news according to what they are looking for.

  3. 03
