Case study: an email campaign to 33,100 contacts
How a custom email tool helped prepare, test and run a campaign to 33,100 contacts over 18 days, with precise acceptance and rejection tracking.

Client portals, bookings, online quotations, internal tools and connections to your software: some ways of working do not fit off-the-shelf software. We then develop a custom business application focused on what you need, and run it with you.
The signs
Your quotations start in a copied spreadsheet and every version ends up with an error.
The same information is entered two or three times: into the website, management software and an Excel file.
Clients email you to check progress on their case because there is nowhere they can view it.
You have tried several plugins or subscriptions and none really fits the way you work.
What we develop
We start with your actual process, not a feature catalogue. Depending on the need, the tool lives within your WordPress website or alongside it as a standalone web application.
A personal login where clients find documents, check progress on a case or upload files, without long email exchanges.
Appointments, training or session registrations and requests for places: a process adapted to your rules, available slots and constraints.
A form that asks the right questions, calculates using your own rules and sends you a complete enquiry, ready to quote or approve.
Case tracking, a catalogue to maintain, a dashboard or contact database: a simple tool for the team that replaces files passed around.
When your tools provide an API, we connect them: CRM, invoicing software, email platform, calendar or shared spreadsheet.
Repetitive tasks run automatically: follow-ups, exports, notifications and list preparation. A log shows what ran and what failed.
Making the right choice
A custom business application does not need to be a large software system. Often it is a well-designed quotation form, a place for clients to check progress or a small internal tool replacing three Excel files. What matters is that it fits the way you work, rather than forcing you to work around its limitations.
For straightforward appointments, regular newsletters or standard invoicing, existing tools work very well. They are ready immediately and maintained by their publisher. In that case, our role is to help you choose, configure and connect the tool to your website.
If your website runs on WordPress, some needs can often be met within it: a filterable catalogue, registrations or separate routes for different audiences. That is what we did for CTCCE, whose website separates consultations and training through custom development.
Time spent exporting, correcting and reimporting data between tools can justify custom development, especially when these steps create errors. For a client contacting a database of 33,100 addresses, we developed a dedicated email tool: list import and deduplication, language-based message selection, sending spread across 18 days, acceptance and rejection logs, and the ability to pause and resume. The tool was then reused for a second organisation. Everything is detailed in the case study.
An internal tool does not need to reproduce every feature of a large platform. It covers the useful process, keeps a record of its actions and can be taken over by someone else when needed. That is what separates useful web application development from a project that keeps expanding.
How we work
Together, we describe what happens today, step by step: who enters what, where, and where things get stuck. We also record what your current software already does.
We keep essential features and set aside those that would simply be convenient. The scope is written down before work starts.
The tool is tested on real situations using a small portion of your data before being rolled out to the whole team.
Deployment on hosting in France, onboarding with the people using it, then fixes and improvements as it is used.

No. If off-the-shelf software or a plugin meets your needs properly, it is often the best choice, and we will tell you. Custom development makes sense when workarounds take more time and cause more errors than the tool itself.
Yes, where appropriate: quotation forms, client portals and registrations can live within your existing website. A larger tool or one mainly used internally is developed separately and connected to the website.
This is possible when your software provides an API or a reliable export method. We check this at the start, before promising a connection that might depend on a closed system.
We do. We host it in France, maintain it and develop it as needed. You keep a direct point of contact: the person who wrote the code.
After an initial conversation about your process, we define a first version and quote for that precise scope. Later improvements are quoted separately once the tool is in use.
