Hélène Tourniaire’s website was already online. We audited it and reworked its SEO: refocused key pages, a cleaner sitemap and more direct routes to contact details.

The starting point
Hélène Tourniaire’s website already existed and contained extensive legal content. The aim was to make it clearer for search engines and visitors seeking a lawyer in Lyon for specific matters: debt recovery, commercial disputes, divorce or family law.
Client website
The website highlights more specific service areas: debt recovery, commercial disputes, divorce, family law and contact. Each entry corresponds to a matter handled by the firm.
The challenges
A website can be visible on Google without attracting the right contacts. The challenge was to connect its content more closely with local searches matching the enquiries the firm wants to receive.
The commercial law, family law, divorce and debt recovery pages needed a clearer message: a distinct subject, a clear location and an easily understood next step.
The work needed to stay practical: improve the existing WordPress site, correct confusing elements and strengthen priority pages without starting from scratch.
What we did
Audited the existing website’s SEO, visible pages, titles, H1 headings, descriptions, sitemap and contact journeys.
Analysed queries and pages already showing useful signals to decide which pages to improve first.
Refocused priority pages on clearer local search intent: debt recovery, commercial disputes, divorce and family law in Lyon.
Optimised titles, H1 headings and meta descriptions to make the pages easier to understand in search results and on the website.
Cleaned the public sitemap and reduced unnecessary entries that could dilute search engines’ understanding of the site.
Clarified internal links and contact points to bring visitors closer to pages addressing their situation.
WordPress SEO
On an existing website, SEO improvement often comes through practical corrections: more precise titles, consistent H1 headings, useful descriptions, a clean sitemap and better-directed internal links.
The website was not rebuilt: the work improved an existing WordPress foundation, with its content, navigation and constraints.
The work focused on pages capable of attracting local enquiries: titles, H1 headings, meta descriptions, internal links, sitemap and consistency of the subjects covered.
Decisions were based on what the site already showed visitors and search engines: visible pages, relevant queries, contact journeys and content to clarify or strengthen.
For visitors
The debt recovery page directly addresses debts, unpaid invoices, formal demands and payment orders in Lyon: searches closer to a specific enquiry.
The family law, divorce and commercial dispute pages have more precise titles, avoiding several different intentions being bundled into one general phrase.
Unnecessary media pages were removed from the public sitemap, keeping the firm’s useful content.
Who visits, and why
Quickly understand whether the firm handles their situation: amicable or contested divorce, children, maintenance payments, compensatory payments and family law.
Access specific commercial matters: unpaid invoices, debt recovery, disputes, conflicts within a company or directors’ personal guarantees.
Find the appropriate page and contact details more easily, without going through legal content too general for their immediate needs.
What the project delivers
The items below describe the functions and documented work for this project. They are not measurements of traffic, enquiries or revenue.
The website more directly presents the subjects the firm wants to make visible: debt recovery, commercial law, divorce and family support in Lyon.
Key pages have better alignment between their title, H1 heading, description and content, helping Google understand each page’s purpose.
The debt recovery, divorce and commercial law pages provide links to the firm’s contact details.
