2cafés Let's talk about your website

Website design for carpenters

A carpenter's site that shows your work.

Stairs, windows, fitted interiors and furniture: your customers want to see what you make before they call. We create a one-page brochure website around your work, service area and quote requests. You review two working designs before deciding.

The signs

A site would serve you if…

  1. 01

Your most beautiful projects are only visible in your phone or on a little-followed Facebook page.

  2. 02

A customer searches for you after a recommendation and finds a competitor first.

  3. 03

You are always asked if you are also doing the stairs, or if you are moving to such a commune.

  4. 04

Your current site dates, displays badly on mobile, and you no longer know who is hosting.

What the site includes

The right information, visible without looking.

A one-page brochure website, checked on desktop and mobile. A catalogue, configurator, customer portal or multilingual website is quoted separately before any work.

  • Your company

Who you are, how long you have been working and how you work. We organise the text with you, based on what you tell us.

  • Your know-how

Your types of work presented simply, so customers can immediately see whether you do what they need.

  • A short gallery

A selection of achievements, with sharp photos and some useful details. Better is a few well-photographed sites than an avalanche of unclear photos.

  • Your area

The municipalities and areas you cover are written black and white, before contact.

  • Call and form

A call button within easy thumb reach on mobile, and an enquiry form tested all the way to your inbox.

  • Hosting and support

Hosting in France, backups, updates, security and small corrections. No term commitment, domain to your name, transferable site.

See before choosing

Two versions of your site, to browse before choosing.

Customers choose a carpenter by their work. They look at the stairs, windows and kitchens you have installed, check whether you cover their town, then call. Your website should make these three steps easy, in that order, on a phone screen.

Two working design proposals

After our first discussion, we code two distinct versions of your website: one with the feel of a workshop and raw wood, another more minimal, for example. They are working pages with your photos and contact details. You open them, scroll through and choose.

Examples by trade

To give you an idea even before writing to us, we have gathered complete examples pages on sites2cafes.fr. They show several possible registers for a craftsman.

A contact person for your site

Andrei and Anthony bring together their skills to design your site. Your contact person is identified at the beginning of the project and follows the exchanges until the posting. If you work in Allier, our page webmaster in Allier presents our local support.

How it works

You choose After seeing.

  1. 01

You introduce us to your carpentry

Your municipality, your services, your current site if it exists, some photos. That's enough to start.

  2. 02

    We code two design proposals

Two different versions of your page, with your achievements and contact information, verified on computer and mobile.

  3. 03

    You choose

You browse both, choose the one that suits you and refine it with us.

  4. 04

    Launch

The site is published on your domain. Your current site remains online until then.

In practice

They trusted us with their websites.

Frequently asked questions

What people often ask us.

What should I provide?

Your activity, your municipality, your main services and, if you have any, some photos or a logo. We're helping you arrange the rest.

Can I keep my current site during preparation?

Yes. It stays online until you accept the new version.

Who owns the domain and content?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, your text, photos and access stay under your control, and the website can be transferred.

Does ongoing support have a minimum contract term?

No. Ongoing support has no minimum contract term or exit fee. We set out the design and transfer terms before the project starts.

What if my need goes beyond a page?

The format described here covers a one-page brochure website. A catalogue, configurator, customer area or multilingual site fits in separately, before any work. Our WordPress site creation page talks about it.

What do minor corrections cover?

Monthly support includes your requests and routine changes. Larger work, such as an online shop or client portal, is scoped separately before any work begins.
