Case study · Website creation

Designing a health website, clear and reassuring.

We created the CTCCE’s WordPress website in Lyon with the centre’s team: consultations, professionals, specialties, therapeutic approaches and training, organised into two separate journeys.

The starting point

The project context.

The work with the CTCCE needed to make a content-rich website easier to use. One site had to present a consultation centre, team, specialties, therapeutic approaches and training, without confusing the journey for people seeking an appointment.

The challenges

What needed to be addressed.

  1. 01

    Guiding different audiences

Create clear landmarks for children, adolescents, adults, professionals seeking training and visitors simply looking for initial contact.

  2. 02

    Making expertise understandable

Present the centre’s specialties and approaches, including TCCE, ACT, mindfulness and positive psychology, in accessible language.

  3. 03

    Separating care and training

Allow the website to present both the centre’s consultations and its children’s TCCE training without creating confusion.

What we did

The work, step by step.

  • Created the CTCCE’s WordPress website with a custom structure for consultations, team, specialties, approaches and training.

  • Set up editable content so the centre could update its pages while preserving the website’s consistency.

  • Organised journeys for children, adolescents and adults.

  • Highlighted the training programme, course topics and registration enquiries.

  • Developed specific features to clearly separate consultation and training journeys.

Under the hood

The technical choices.

  • Custom WordPress template

The website is structured around consultations, audiences, therapeutic approaches, team and training, without relying on a generic theme.

  • ACF and dedicated modules

The website provides an editable architecture using ACF, team profiles, training content, forms and modules specific to the training journey.

  • Custom development

Custom code separates consultation and training journeys while keeping a content-rich website clearer and easier to maintain.

For visitors

What you find when you arrive.

  1. 01

    Navigation by need

The homepage presents consultations, team, specialties, relevant audiences, approaches and appointment booking.

  2. 02

    Identifiable approaches

The website has dedicated pages for behavioural and cognitive therapies, ACT therapies, mindfulness and positive psychology.

  3. 03

    A visible training section

Training, course topic and training enquiry pages provide a separate entry point for professionals seeking children’s TCCE training.

Who visits, and why

  • People seeking a consultation

Quickly understand whether the centre supports children, adolescents or adults, then find appointment information.

  • Parents and families

Find information relating to children, adolescents, their situations and the approaches offered by the centre.

  • Healthcare professionals

Access children’s TCCE training, course topics and registration information without going through the consultation journey.

What the project delivers

The project’s tangible features.

The items below describe the functions and documented work for this project. They are not measurements of traffic, enquiries or revenue.

  1. 01

    More direct journeys

Visitors can distinguish consultations, professionals, specialties, approaches and training from the first sections.

  2. 02

    Local trust

The website provides concrete information about the Lyon centre, its team, approaches and contact details.

  3. 03

    Structured content

Training, topics, press and reviews have identifiable spaces rather than relying on an overloaded homepage.
