What maintenance includes
The scope is set out clearly from the start: you know what we do, when we do it, and what requires a separate quote.
A backup before work, followed by checks of important pages and forms. Riskier changes are prepared on a copy when circumstances allow.
Files and database are backed up automatically, kept out of the server, and we check regularly that we really know how to restore them.
Uptime alerts help us spot outages. We also monitor the SSL certificate, domain name and disk space. Automated monitoring does not provide continuous human on-call cover.
We check access, unused accounts, abandoned plugins and signs of infection. Incidents predating the maintenance agreement are scoped separately. During maintenance, we investigate the cause and work within the contract; substantial recovery work requires your approval before we start. A response time is not a resolution time.
Monthly support includes your requests and routine changes. Larger work, such as an online shop or client portal, is scoped separately before any work begins.
You're talking to the person who intervenes on the site. No anonymous ticket, no call centre: a clear answer, by e-mail or telephone.
Making the right choice
Most WordPress sites do not fail overnight. They become fragile: a plugin that is no longer updated, an outdated version of PHP, a backup that has failed silently for six months. These problems can complicate repair when a breakdown occurs.
This is the right choice if your site is already well hosted and what is missing is someone to take care of it: updates, backups, monitoring and small corrections.
If the current hosting is slow, misconfigured or if no one really knows who manages it, it is easier to entrust everything to the same place. This is the object of our offer maintenance and hosting, on servers in France.
When the problem lies in the website's structure, design or accumulated plugins, maintenance may not be enough. We will tell you if that is the case, and a Targeted redesign will be more useful.
How we get started
You send us the address of the site. We look at the versions, the plugins, the hosting and the backups, and then we tell you what we found.
Hosting, domain name, administration: we collect access details and tidy them up. You keep access to your site and content.
We define the necessary corrections before the resumption. A major upgrade is set separately; follow-up begins on a verified basis.
Then comes the regular routine: updates, backups, monitoring and your requested changes handled as they arise.

Follow-up is monthly. A security alert may require a priority response based on its risk. Backup before intervention, then check important pages and forms. Risk changes are prepared on a copy where the context permits.
Yes. We can maintain your website with its current hosting provider, provided we have the necessary access. If the hosting itself causes problems, such as slow loading, outages or an outdated PHP version, we will tell you and can offer hosting with us.
That is exactly why we back up before making changes and check afterwards. If something goes wrong, we restore the previous state while we fix it, without you having to intervene.
No. Maintenance runs month by month, with no minimum term. If you leave, we hand over your access details and a complete backup of the website.
