We redesigned psy-92.fr around video and telephone consultations. The “Sérénité” WordPress theme combines a restrained visual identity, pages explaining the support offered and direct access to Doctolib appointment booking.

The starting point
Psy-92 is Rodolphe Oppenheimer’s psy-92.fr website, presenting his work as a psychoanalyst and psychotherapist. It is separate from psy-92.net. The redesign gives this domain a journey focused on remote consultations: discover the practitioner, understand his approach and session arrangements, then choose how to contact him.
Client website
The website’s heading establishes remote consultations. “Video & telephone”, “Throughout France” and “Online appointments” immediately clarify what visitors can find.
The challenges
Before booking, visitors need to understand how a video or telephone session works. This information needed to be accessible from the homepage, then expanded on a dedicated page.
Some visitors seek information about anxiety or phobias; others want to learn about the practitioner and his method. Navigation needed to accommodate these questions without imposing one long journey.
The project called for its own identity, readable text and clear placement of useful actions. The selected visual direction combines an ivory background, petrol green and amber accents.
What we did
Designed and integrated the custom “Sérénité” WordPress theme, with consistent header, footer and page templates.
Composed the homepage: remote consultation introduction, reasons for consulting, approaches, support process and practitioner introduction.
Prepared content dedicated to the approach, remote consultations, frequently asked questions, Rodolphe Oppenheimer’s introduction and contact.
Organised six thematic entry points: anxiety and stress, phobias, self-confidence, addictions, burnout and harassment.
Integrated links to the Doctolib profile and contact options at key points in the journey.
Developed a guided breathing module and a self-reflection questionnaire presented as non-diagnostic.
This case study covers the psy-92.fr redesign. The complete psy-92.net redesign has its own case study.
The development
The theme brings templates, calls to action and small interactions into one foundation designed to present the practitioner and his remote consultations.
A custom layout, site-wide colours and shared templates keep consistent landmarks from page to page.
The theme includes a guided breathing exercise and a self-reflection questionnaire. These complement the introductory content; they do not constitute a diagnosis.
Buttons lead to the practitioner’s Doctolib profile. The website presents the support offered, while booking takes place on the dedicated service.
For visitors
Ivory, petrol green and amber structure the opening screen. An animated circular motif accompanies a large typographic heading.
Homepage cards lead to pages dedicated to the main reasons for consultation presented on the website.
Book an appointment, receive the link, talk: the homepage explains the practical process before providing access to Doctolib.
Who visits, and why
Read the approach introduction and remote consultation information, then find practical answers and contact options.
Choose an entry point such as anxiety, phobias or self-confidence, then explore the related content.
Find the appointment button in the header and website sections inviting visitors to continue on Doctolib.
What the project delivers
These observations describe the website and its visible functions. They do not measure traffic growth or increased appointments.
The opening screen announces remote consultations and offers two actions: book an appointment or discover the approach.
Practical pages and consultation topics let visitors continue reading from the homepage according to their questions.
The Sérénité theme gives psy-92.fr a shared visual language across the homepage and internal pages, with contrasting typography and subtle animations.
