We supported Implenity’s WordPress redesign: product pages, Gutenberg/Kadence components, forms and responsive fixes for trial and demo journeys.

The starting point
Implenity presents a marketing platform with several modules: Mandantenbrief, Website Builder, Content Publisher and Social Media Manager. The website needed to help B2B visitors quickly understand the offering, distinguish solutions and move towards a free trial, demonstration or contact.
Client website
The website needs to explain a platform, several modules and concrete benefits. The public page connects solutions with the intended business actions: trial, demonstration, advice and contact.
The challenges
Each module addresses a different need. The website needed to avoid a catalogue effect and show how the solutions fit together into a consistent marketing platform.
Gutenberg and Kadence provide an editable foundation, but some business elements need greater control: buttons, forms, cards, accordions, pricing and product sections.
Pages needed to remain maintainable in WordPress without sacrificing visual consistency, responsive behaviour or conversion journeys.
What we did
Redesigned and integrated the Implenity WordPress website using a dedicated theme and Gutenberg/Kadence pages.
Structured platform, pricing, contact and product pages: Mandantenbrief, Website Builder, Content Publisher and Social Media Manager.
Refined components supporting business actions: buttons, modals, demo calls to action, forms, accordions and plan selector.
Harmonised the contact form with the design while keeping it usable throughout a complete enquiry journey.
Fixed responsive behaviour and adjusted layouts to avoid visible misalignments on product pages and content-rich sections.
Managed the theme, styles, local fonts and interface scripts required for the public presentation.
B2B WordPress
The work preserved Gutenberg/Kadence’s editing advantages while adding the adjustments needed to respect the design and stabilise important components.
The website uses WordPress with Gutenberg/Kadence and an Implenity theme, keeping pages editable while retaining control over their appearance.
Specific adjustments support key journey elements: buttons, modals, forms, accordions, plan selectors and product sections.
Platform, product, pricing and contact pages support the sales presentation while remaining maintainable in WordPress.
For visitors
The website provides separate entry points for Mandantenbrief, Website Builder, Content Publisher and Social Media Manager rather than concentrating the whole offering in one presentation.
Calls to try, request a demo, seek advice or contact the team recur where visitors may naturally want to take the next step.
Buttons, cards, modals, the form and product sections share a visual language, reinforcing the impression of a structured B2B platform.
Who visits, and why
Quickly understand the available modules and identify the one matching their marketing or editorial needs.
Explore product pages, identify benefits, then choose between a free trial, demonstration or request for advice.
Have a WordPress website that is easier to update while retaining the visual precision needed for a B2B offering.
What the project delivers
The items below describe the functions and documented work for this project. They are not measurements of traffic, enquiries or revenue.
The website more clearly separates the platform, modules, product pages, partners and contact points.
Visitors can more easily find key actions: try for free, request a demo, seek advice or contact the team.
The site retains editable Gutenberg/Kadence pages with dedicated adjustments for buttons, forms and product sections.
