Psychotherapy, books, music, journal, associations and consulting: we redesigned Rodolphe Oppenheimer’s main domain around a sun and fifteen planets. The portal presents each activity and provides access to sixteen destinations, with a website map and FAQ.

The starting point
Rodolphe Oppenheimer develops several activities, each with its content and websites. His main domain needed a clear role: introduce his overall background, explain connections between these worlds and guide visitors to specialist websites. The redesign became “Les Mondes de Rodolphe Oppenheimer”, a portal that continues to evolve with his projects.
Client website
The website gives rodolpheoppenheimer.fr a clear role: present the overall world, then guide visitors to specialist websites.
The challenges
A reader, patient and journalist seek different information. The activities needed to be presented with their own destinations while providing an overview of Rodolphe Oppenheimer’s background.
The planet concept needed to make activities recognisable. Each world required a name, colour, short introduction and link to its website.
Adding planets needed to preserve labels, links and reading panels, including on mobile. A list of direct links needed to complement the animated scene.
What we did
Redesigned the main domain as a portal bringing together Rodolphe Oppenheimer’s different activities.
Designed a dark and gold visual world: central sun, coloured planets, orbits and RO monogram.
Developed selectable planets and their introduction panel, followed by detailed profiles and the “Same orbit” map.
Gradually expanded the constellation and adapted desktop and mobile layouts; Psy-92 became a companion planet to Psyché.
Structured and revised introductory texts, website links and FAQ answers.
Integrated a form with a choice of relevant world, legal and privacy pages; developed the portal alongside the activities.
This case study covers the redesign and development of rodolpheoppenheimer.fr. The sixteen referenced destinations do not represent sixteen website creations attributed to 2Cafés.
Portal website
The portal combines an animated scene, introductory profiles and direct links. Text and navigation remain accessible beyond the opening screen.
HTML pages, dedicated styling and JavaScript power the interface. The form uses PHP processing.
Selecting a planet updates a panel with the activity’s name, introduction and destination link.
Detailed profiles, the website map and expandable FAQ complement visual exploration. The “Relevant world” field specifies the contact message’s subject.
For visitors
“Les Mondes de Rodolphe Oppenheimer”: the title, heading and animated planets immediately establish the central idea, one name and all his websites together on one page.
Fifteen profiles present activities and projects. The Psyché profile has two links, to psy-92.net and psychotherapeute.eu, so the portal references sixteen destinations.
Thirteen questions present Rodolphe Oppenheimer’s background and activities. The form lets visitors specify the relevant world before writing their message.
Who visits, and why
Quickly identify whether their need concerns psychotherapy, books, the journal, an association, media, consulting or another world, then open the right website.
Understand the overall background, read the biography and opinion pieces and follow the press review link, then clarify their message’s purpose.
Have a central address connecting existing websites, clarifying roles and giving the whole a consistent image.
What the project delivers
The items below describe the functions and documented work for this project. They are not measurements of traffic, enquiries or revenue.
The main domain presents the overall background and connects specialist websites from one page.
Visitors can select a planet or use profiles and direct links in the “Same orbit” section.
The constellation has expanded through successive developments. The reviewed version brings together fifteen planets and sixteen destinations.
