Support includes routine requests and changes within the agreed scope. An incident that predates our involvement is assessed separately; substantial recovery work requires your approval before we begin. An online shop, client portal or larger project is quoted separately before work starts. Automated monitoring does not mean round-the-clock human availability. The domain name and email accounts are in your name.

Before you get started.
Is there a minimum term for maintenance?
No. Support is billed monthly and you can stop whenever you choose.
Can you take over an existing website?
Yes. We audit it, fix what makes it vulnerable, then maintain it. If it needs more work, we suggest a redesign that protects your search rankings.
What difference does working as a duo make?
Andrei and Anthony combine their technical and design skills to suit each project. Your point of contact and each person's role are agreed at the start.
Do you only work with WordPress?
WordPress when it meets the need, custom development when it doesn't: business applications, client portals, internal tools and automation.
My website has been hacked or is down: can you help quickly?
Send us the website address and symptoms. We aim to give an initial response within one business day to scope the work, rather than guarantee a fix within that time. We do not provide round-the-clock on-call support. Describe the incident.
